Here is a story about a dangerous superstition that some still believe, including many older Poles, both Catholic and Orthodox. Blood libel is an accusation that Jews kidnapped and murdered the children of Christians in order to use their blood as part of their religious rituals during Jewish holidays. Historically, these claims – alongside those of well poisoning and host desecration – have been a major theme of the persecution of Jews in Europe. Language: Polish. Subtitles: English
