In 1968, Joe Rimer – an Israeli electrician and an amateur diver – decided to direct the first underwater Israeli film. Fifty years later, after discovering the forgotten film, his grandson went on a cinematic journey in search of the grandparent he never knew, and the only artwork he has ever created.
